This is an ice cream we made. It’s easy, you don’t have to put it in the freezer.
This is how to make it.
- Put a glass of milk with sugar and fruit flavour essence in a small ziplock plastic bag
- Put a bowl of crushed ice and 6 tablespoons of salt in a big ziplock bag
- Put the small ziplock bag in the big ziplock bag
- After a while of squeezing, your ice-cream is ready to be eaten
Salt can make ice colder but it also makes the ice melt faster.
If you only put the milk mix in the fridge, it won’t make ice-cream. But if you squeeze it with ice, it will make ice cream. And if you put it in the fridge, you will wait while doing nothing.
